why do I have to pass an English course

because I have to. I have the principle if I have to pass all the existing courses, because in my opinion it is a waste of time if I have to repeat the class again in the next semester for only one course.I really lost time and money in my opinion. so it would be nice if I tried my best to graduate in each of the existing courses
